Great location, spacious room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, excellent facilities, clean and modern rooms.

The staff were fantastic, helpful, and very polite. The receptionist was cute and friendly, made us feel instantly comfortable. The location was great, being in the city center and close to all the main attractions. We also loved the fact that the rooms had numerous USB ports, so we didn't need to bother with adapters for European plugs.

The breakfast included in the price was quite modest, not offering a wide variety of options. we had some issues with the air conditioning in the first room, made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was in a perfect location, right in the middle of the city center. Close to everything, including the Beatles Museum and all the good restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean room and attentive staff. Transportation was convenient, with a 5-minute walk to the bus station for the airport.

Couldn't fault. No negatives to mention.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, right near everything and close to the M & S arena. It was also right in the city centre and directly opposite James Street train station. The room was modern and spotlessly clean with great bathroom facilities, including a lovely shower. The staff were friendly and professional, providing a warm and welcoming space. The hotel also had a great bar with delicious food at good value for money.

The room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was excellent, and the shower provided a refreshing experience. The hotel's location was perfect, great to easily explore the surrounding area.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be more perfect, with shops, bars, and restaurants just a stone's throw away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I was especially impressed when the lady on reception changed my room to one that would be easier for me with a pram. The decor of the room was lovely and gave it a premium feel, comparable to more expensive hotels. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked like a dream. I also appreciated the added security measures with multiple doors requiring a fob for access to the rooms.

This hotel is perfect for families, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
